Soy good!

(Conclusion)
Soybeans are the only vegetable with a complete protein profile, equal to that of meat and dairy products, but without the cholesterol and saturated fat.

I recently discovered Smylk, soymilk that comes in several delicious flavors and contains all the benefits of soybeans. Here are some recipes that make use of soymilk:

Taking Smylk is one of the best choices I have made. Why?
• It is fresh. Smylk must be consumed within three days of opening. That means it should always be taken while fresh.
• Unopened, it has a shelf life of 14 days.
• When it is delivered, it is placed in a cooler and goes directly to the chiller section of the groceries.
• It is rich in fiber.
• It has no cholesterol.
• It has no preservatives.
• It is low in fat.
• It has 25 grams of soy protein in every one liter bottle. According to US FDA Advisory, 25 grams of soy protein a day may reduce the risk of heart disease.
• Lastly, I know it is a healthier choice, one that I’m happy I made. I encourage you to try it so you can find out why I love it so much.

Smylk is soy healthy. It’s a super soy, and it’s my favorite.

Try it and be on your way to a much healthier you.
