I recently discovered Smylk, soymilk that comes in several delicious flavors and contains all the benefits of soybeans. Here are some recipes that make use of soymilk:
Ingredients
4 liters Smylk Natural Unsweetend
20 g. Calcium Sulfate (food grade)
Steps
Preheat Smylk to 80 degrees Celsius.
While heating milk, dissolve calcium sulfate in 1Ú2 cup of water.
Pour dissolved calcium sulfate in a large stock pot first and then add the preheated hot soymilk quickly and immediately.
Cover stock pot and set aside for five minutes until soymilk coagulates (milk turns to solid form).
Wait for five minutes, remove soymilk bubble on top of whey (water of taho).
Ingredient
1 kilo brown sugar
500 ml. water
5 ml. vanilla extract
Steps
Heat brown sugar in low fire adding a little water.
Pour remaining water once sugar has melted and continue until soft boils.
Add vanilla extract.
Remove from fire when syrup is in a thick state of consistency.
100 gm. small sago
Steps
Wash sago in tap water to remove starch.
Fill stock pot with enough water to boil sago.
Once water boils, stir consistently to sago will not stick to bottom of pan
Add water if needed to continue cooking the sago.
Sago is cooked when it is already transparent.
Remove from hot water and rinse with cold water to avoid sticking.
After rinsing, place it in a container and add a little water to cooked sago so it will not stick to each other.

Rind of dayap (calamansi or lemon)
Steps
Caramelize sugar by melting one cup and a half cup water in a sauce pan until mixture is brown.
Pour melted sugar into the large size flan mold. The sugar will become hard (caramelize).
Slightly beat egg yolks and egg whites together and then, add Smylk, sugar, water and dayap rind.
Strain the mixture and pour into the caramelized mold.
Place mold in a streamer or bano maria and steam for 45 minutes. Eight servings.

1 bar gulaman
3 cups of water
cups Smylk melon soymilk (or any other flavor)
1 cup of sugar
Steps
Boil water and add gulaman.
Let simmer until thick and add sugar and Smylk.
Pour into mold and refrigerate to form gelatin.
It makes six to eight servings.
Taking Smylk is one of the best choices I have made. Why?
It is fresh. Smylk must be consumed within three days of opening. That means it should always be taken while fresh.
Unopened, it has a shelf life of 14 days.
When it is delivered, it is placed in a cooler and goes directly to the chiller section of the groceries.
It is rich in fiber.
It has no cholesterol.
It has no preservatives.
It is low in fat.
It has 25 grams of soy protein in every one liter bottle. According to US FDA Advisory, 25 grams of soy protein a day may reduce the risk of heart disease.
Lastly, I know it is a healthier choice, one that Im happy I made. I encourage you to try it so you can find out why I love it so much.
Smylk is soy healthy. Its a super soy, and its my favorite.
Try it and be on your way to a much healthier you.
