A literary gem from Tony

"There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up." –John Andrew Holmer

The much respected legal luminary and bon vivant Antonio "Tony" Meer recently launched his autobiography, A Lawyer’s Fate and Faith at the Wack-Wack Golf and Country Club ballroom. The spacious hall was filled with friends, family and associates from the complex and competitive world of Law. Well-wishers included some of Tony’s many buddies from the University of the Philippines and Ateneo de Manila, who are now prominent lawyers and businessmen, who came to greet and congratulate him for his masterpiece.

The book is full of anecdotes and insights about colleagues who represent the country’s business, social, legal and political elite in the last half of the 20th century, and was immediately hailed as a must-have for chroniclers of major Philippine events.

Congratulations, Tony!
