A simply elegant inauguration

"Success is best measured by how far youve come with the talents youve been given." Dad
The long-awaited inauguration of the recently completed luxury high rise residential project, One McKinley Place at Bonifacio Global City was one festive affair. The project, a joint venture of Philtown Inc., a subsidiary of RFM Corp., and Export and Industry Bank, was also blessed, with the proponents, their guests and unit owners on hand. Present for the ribbon cutting were RFM Corp. president Joey Concepcion; Rally Martinez, president of Philtown, Inc.; Taguig First Lady Kaye Tinga; Sergio Ortiz-Luis, chairman of Export Bank; and Paterno Dizon, director of Export Bank.
The reception was held at the elegant lobby of One McKinley Place. Guests enjoyed a sumptuous lunch catered by LOpera. The flower arrangements were by Antonio Garcia. The guests and unit owners were serenaded over lunch by Ana Fegi. Your columnist hosted the affair. The simple but elegant inauguration was a fitting event for the turnover of the luxurious One McKinley Place, another landmark project that will change the Bonifacio Global City skyline. I understand that the Fairways Tower, another project of Philtown in Bonifacio Global City, which is almost sold out, recently broke ground.
This project, which has been recently sold out, is a testimony of the determination and commitment of the proponents, Philtown, Inc. and Export and Industry Bank, to deliver on their earlier promises to their unit owners despite many obstacles. Its truly a world-class residential condominium.
By the way, riding on a crest of success, Philtown launched its latest project, The Metropolitan, in the soon-to-be redeveloped Metro Club across Rockwell.
To Joey Concepcion, Rally Martinez and the Philtown Team, more power!
