Another year of success

Another successful year of outstanding sales was the good reason why Robinsons Land Corp. High Rise Buildings Division (RLC-HRBD) held its annual awards night at the Fontana Leisure Park in Clarkfield, Pampanga.
The event’s highlight was a night of recognition and merry-making as the RLC-HRBD management and staff trooped to the spectacular venue in the former American airbase.
Given formal recognition were the outstanding sales performers for Fiscal Year (FY) 2003. Awards were presented to the top producers led by champion sales manager Roselle Liceralde, champion account manager Susan Mangune, top sales director for Bloomfields Project Kim Calinawan and overall first runner-up, sales director Bong Lauengco. Other awards included those for the quota buster, millionaire’s club and top sales directors, sales managers and account managers per project.
During the Awards Night, Robinsons Land Corp. also launched its latest condominium project, the Fifth Avenue Place in Bonifacio Global City. Fifth Avenue Place is the latest addition to successful RLC-HRBD projects such as the Adriatico Residences and Robinsons Place Residences in Manila, the Gateway Residences in Mandaluyong, Galleria Regency in Ortigas and Bloomfields in Novaliches.
The year 2003 was a fruitful one for RLC-HRBD which saw a marked increase in sales production compared to the previous year. Its outstanding performace can be attributed to the record-breaking sales performance of One Adriatico Place project, which was almost 100 percent sold in less than a year. December 2003 also saw the turnover of Galleria Regency to its unit owners.
After the formal awarding, the RLC-HRBD staff enjoyed a night of endless surprises and delight. A sumptuous dinner of Filipino food classics like lechon and bistek Tagalog was enjoyed by all, after which then everyone grooved to the music of the Pure Instinct Band.
The event was a well-deserved reward for the hardworking sales staff of RLC-HRBD. It was also a good time to cap a bountiful year for RLC-HRBD.
