With her sultry good looks, pleasant demeanor and American twang, Ira, who finished Psycho-Biology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), is already going places. She is busy doing TV shows, and guestings and has an album about to be released.
The 55"-tall Ira, the daughter of engineer Rafael Nacino and the former Elizabeth Javier, a computer programmer, wants to become a (total) performer. "I like J.Los versatility," says Ira. "She does everything as far as performing is concerned. She can make you swoon with her moves and soothing voice. More than the performer that she is, she is also a good actress and a businesswoman. I also admire Janet Jackson. She is the quintessential performer. Back in the States, Ive watched most of her concerts."
To hone her skills, Ira attends singing and acting workshops. She also intends to take up Tagalog lessons.
On her beauty regimen, Ira says, "I just wash my face to completely remove makeup. I also have a body scrub. As for my diet, I eat healthy. I go for fruits and vegetables."
Though she is at the verge of a singing career, Ira is not closing the door to other options. "I could also take up Neuro-Psychology and help kids with (mental) disorders such as autism." Jerry Donato
