The Bistro Group is going “wild” with excitement as it recently reopened Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) at Estancia Mall, Capital Commons in Pasig City. It’s the same spot where the fastest-growing restaurant in the US opened its first branch in Asia in 2015.
I could still feel the sweetness and slow burn of chili on my tongue as I took one delicious bite of the buffalo wing coated in Mango Habanero sauce nine years ago, and how I set my taste buds on fire with Blazin’, the hottest sauce BWW got!
Known for its award-winning buffalo wings handspun in BWW’s 13 signature sauces — which range from mild to wild — and flatscreen TVs that capture the energy of a sports stadium, the beer, wings and sports mecca — is now better than ever!

Buffalo Wild Wings hits the ground running by sporting modern and stylish interiors, and offering a revamped menu that goes beyond wings.
During the opening, we got to sample 10 new dishes to mark BWW’s new beginning. If you’re a fan of the Original Nachos just like me, you’ll fall equally in love with the new Bottomless Nachos for only P480. These warm tortilla chips come with salsa, but are also good with Ranch, Queso Sauce or Chili Con Queso dips. Just add P95 and P125, respectively.
And since BWW shares The Bistro Group’s philosophy of connecting people through good food, most of the dishes in this wings joint are meant to be shared with a glass of imported, local or draft beer, ice-cold cola, or mojito, even. The Home Run Sampler is loaded with traditional wings, crispy calamari and chipotle BBQ spring rolls, while the House Sampler has nachos, onion rings, mozzarella and traditional wings. The Tablegating Sampler — traditional wings, soft pretzels, onion rings, and jalapeño pepper bites — is equally tempting and filling.
Created for the ultimate cheese fans, the handcrafted Ultimate Cheese Pizza is topped with four kinds of cheeses, namely mozzarella, Colby-Jack, feta and blue cheese. For those who want a little bit of everything, check out the Four Seasons Pizza. This square pizza has equal parts Pepperoni, Truffle Mushroom, Four-cheese, and Margherita.
Of course, a visit to Buffalo Wild Wings won’t be complete without bites of their popular New York-style Buffalo wings that are spun fresh in dry seasonings (Salt & Vinegar, Lemon Pepper, Buffalo, Chipotle BBQ, and Desert Heat) or signature sauces (Sweet BBQ, Honey BBQ, Parmesan Garlic, Medium Buffalo, Asian Zing, Hot, Mango Habanero, Carolina Reaper). These flavors are guaranteed to make you smile or sweat!
