No office? No problem!

Work.able, the flexible workspace segment of real-estate developer Robinsons Land Corporation, recently launched its most prestigious location to date: Robinsons Summit Center on Ayala Avenue.

The future of offices is here, and it’s right smack in Makati’s central business district (CBD). The best part? It doesn’t come with a hefty price tag.

With a starting rate of P250, this co-working space offers just about everything a startup firm or a freelancer would need to get stuff done: consistent and fast Wi-Fi connection, gadgets that will let you create interactive presentations, and a coffee nook where you can have a mean espresso or latte to get your creative juices flowing.

Making work from anywhere a fun and pleasurable experience

Simply called Work.able, the flexible workspace segment of real-estate developer Robinsons Land Corporation recently launched its most prestigious location to date: Robinsons Summit Center on Ayala Avenue.

At this highly strategic location, Work.able offers a portfolio of flexible workplace options. Choose from co-working spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, event spaces, and build-to-suit offices.

During the media launch, we got a preview of Work.able’s newest space that brims with local design elements and modern aesthetics. Rattan and solihiya patterns effortlessly blend with neon lights, creating a bright, fun atmosphere that’s uniquely Filipino yet undeniably chic. The bilao-inspired lighting fixtures bring a touch of whimsy to the communal space.

The distinctive Filipino touches are carried all the way to the meeting pods that charmingly resemble cozy bahay kubos (nipa huts). The banig accent walls, which were crafted by Tagolwanen Women Weavers Association in Bukidnon, add that extra touch of Pinoy pride.

Want to have a chat with another group beside your pod? Simply slide one of the colorful windowpanes open.

The neon signs on the walls with the words “dakila” (great) and “magiting” (brave) inspire one to conquer each task with boldness and without fear.

“And since we’re aware that the younger generation wouldn’t miss an opportunity to snap their OOTDs, we made sure that Work.able abounds with social media-friendly spaces adorned with island-inspired wallpapers and woven-framed mirrors,” noted Elton John Peralta, Robinsons Offices head of special projects.

Sharing the pics online is likewise a breeze, with Work.able’s consistent and fast WiFi connection.

Let’s talk business

At Work.able, the meeting rooms and private office are designed to capture breathtaking views of the Makati skyline, which are especially impressive from its 24th floor location.

Private Offices 11 and 12 with 29 and 24 seats, respectively, are perfect for startups, incubators, or small businesses. These two offices can be connected seamlessly when your team needs to expand. Private Office 14, on the other hand, boasts floor-to-ceiling windows where natural light streams in.

“Work.able’s flexible spaces provide versatility to our clients,” added Peralta. “Our flagship center in Makati offers spaces to companies of every size — from nine to as many as 212 people — in every configuration you can think of. Work.able’s services do not come with significant overhead costs. We tailor-fit each requirement to suit our customers’ needs and desires.”

Aside from private offices, Work.able also welcomes walk-ins to its co-working spaces. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smart phones and you’re good to go.

There are also two phone booths with a worktable and highchair where you can do Zoom meetings or Google meets for utmost privacy; and two four-seater offices where you can record a podcast or do other content creation requirements.

“Each room is soundproof. A TV monitor and white board are provided. You can also bring your podcast equipment, your audio equipment. We rent it for P500/hour,” shared Peralta.

At Work.able, workspaces are designed to be as enjoyable as they are productive.

The pantry area is a fine example of this philosophy. It’s a great place to relax, grab a bite, or enjoy unlimited cups of specially blended Work.able coffee in between tasks, but can also double as a townhall or recreational space.

The collaborative spirit extends to leisure, with the center having a foosball and a chess table, fostering a balanced and enjoyable work environment — showcasing Work.able’s versatility.

Work.able’s private offices boast secure, four-way access: ID cards, biometrics, fingerprint and face recognition. And since Work.able is housed in Robinsons Summit Center, tenants have 24/7 access to technical teams and building engineers who can handle varied administrative, technical or building management needs.
