A smashing party for Tony Boy
Veteran actor and now film producer Tony Boy Dela Rea celebrated his 66th birthday in grand style at the Mindanao Ballroom of Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila in Pasay City. The star-studded affair was graced by esteemed guests from the government, led by the celebrator’s ever-supportive sister and former Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) commissioner Nette Dela Rea, and an array of luminaries from various fields.
The event featured a captivating audiovisual presentation chronicling Tony Boy’s remarkable life journey and showcased his notable films, as well as delightful performances by Lance Raymundo and Michael and Ana Cuneta.
Meanwhile, an opulent stage setup was created by Marc Santos, while a personalized barong for the celebrator was designed by Edgar San Diego. With sumptuous food, the festivities continued until the early hours of the next day, making it an unforgettable and joyous occasion.
