Yes! But it would take a while. You’ve been this way sukad pa sa una mao nang dili ni pwede mausab overnight. It would take a lot of perseverance and discipline. Pero kaya. It’s a matter of how much you want it. Keep a diary to track your progress. Nice og naka-black and white kay makita gyud nimo imong agi, where you can improve, etc. I also have things I want to change. One step at a time lang gud. Kayanon ni nato!
