Mercury scoots into Gemini, where it will reside until June 19. This snappy visit gives a high gloss to the realm of communication. Slick and polished manners, quick wits and a hip approach bring social relations to a new level. And for those of us who have a hard time getting to the gym, it’s easier now, as we’ve got extra energy for a change.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)
. You’re a leader, and thinking of the group good is an admirable trait. You are irresistibly drawn to clubs, charitable groups and churches. Anywhere you can work for the greater good is a place you can grow personally as well.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20).
Friendship issues come to the fore. You get as much as you give (but who’s keeping track?). Someone you doubted will prove worthy of your attention. Tonight, it’s all about love, sweet love. A Scorpio figures into your success.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21).
Really, no one other than a fellow Gemini will understand you today. If your love life is shadowed in a shroud of mystery, deception, danger and irresistible appeal, consider yourself lucky. It’s better than being bored.

CANCER (June 22-July 22).
Someone new loves your looks, but make sure this person understands who you are on the inside, too. Business flourishes with casual conversation, and you have a rare second chance to make a first impression.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22).
You could easily get caught up in the complexities of your own psyche, but don’t. It takes too long. Just decide to raise your self-esteem and be nicer to yourself. It’s a quick fix, but it works for now. Lists keep you on track.

TODAY’S BIRTHDAY (June 5).
In this transformative year, you find healing and peace in areas that have been charged with negativity. Your career takes off like a rocket this month, and you can’t wait to show people what you can do. In August, your love life is the stuff romance books are made of. Taurus and Cancer make terrific companions, pushing you constantly to be your best. Your lucky numbers are: 9, 35, 20, 29 and 15.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22).
The unexpected may catch you off guard, but if you roll with what is going on around you, you could land, as the Danish say, "with your nose in the butter." Happy surprises add to your income or improve your romantic life.

LIBRA (Sept.23-Oct.23).
It’s a powerful time to look at obstacles that have held you from getting what you want and need. But it doesn’t have to be a big heavy thing. Chitchat and games accomplish more than serious discussion and meetings.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21)
. You keep your usual measured pace. Even though your main objective is to enjoy life, consider adding the burdens of a new project. The drawbacks are obvious, but in the far future, you’ll see this could be a big winner.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21).
Your convictions are stronger, and so is your desire. Increased creativity and imagination make you attractive to your secret crush. By afternoon, this may not be such a big secret anymore! Tonight, say what you need.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19).
You see things as they really are. Share your clarity with that poor confused soul in your life. Even if he or she doesn’t understand, at least you’ve said your piece. Tonight, refuse to fall into "me, me, me" consciousness.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18).
The questions you have now are only the tip of the iceberg. You’ll be learning so much more in the next three weeks that it’s best to just examine what you are faced with instead of poking around for more.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20).
The routine moves smoothly now, but do some proactive work so that there won’t be complications. Discuss new developments with an experienced Leo or Pisces. Software might make your life a lot easier.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS:
"My sister (a Libra) told me that because I’m a Gemini I can’t really be trusted and that all of the ‘dual signs’ are two-faced. Is that true?"

Your sister might be surprised to know that Libra, too, is considered a "dual sign," as are Gemini, Pisces and Cancer. But being a dual sign doesn’t mean you are two-faced or a liar. It simply means that your sign has two distinct personality facets or can be ambiguous when it comes to decision making. This is in no way a negative quality. Imagine mild-mannered Clark Kent leaping from the telephone booth as Superman. That’s the essence of these signs. Sometimes called "twin signs," they are symbolized by symmetrical but opposite forces. Gemini is the most obvious – two human twins. The Pisces symbol is two fish swimming in opposite directions. Libra is the two-sided scale, each side equidistant and perfectly balanced. Cancer is often considered a twin ssign because the crab, being almost perfectly symmetrical, can scurry in any direction with the same agility. Twin signs are usually pensive, careful decision makers. They are known for spontaneity in relationships and like to keep loving partners guessing their real identity.

CELEBRITY PROFILES:
Clint Eastwood’s knowledge and attention to detail make him fantastic at re-enacting dramas from the past. His long-running role on "Rawhide" and performance in "A Fistful of Dollars" made him famous as a cowboy. Geminis make friends quickly, so Eastwood is never short of talented people to work with on his films. As a director, he has the skills to get rich and accurate performances from his actors.
