Relationships are the focus as the moon transits into Libra. Whatever the problem is, there is always another way to see it. Libra likes to play both sides of the argument and weigh it out indefinitely, so if you can’t seem to make a decision, try again at the end of the week. Avoiding confrontation won’t necessarily keep the peace in the long term.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)
. Being overwhelmed can have a paralyzing effect, but don’t fear. You can break the "freeze" by doing one thing at a time, however small. Love has got to develop at its own pace. Be careful not so set too many criteria.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20).
The fact that you maintain a core belief in yourself is what makes you the most attractive to a romantic interest. Seduction secret: Be the first to make a move and also the first to leave.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21).
In business, don’t fish for feedback because it’s an unreliable indicator of your client, customer or higher-up’s true feelings. Be confident in your product. Social status and interaction have the feel of sport tonight.

CANCER (June 22-July 22).
Happenings in the morning are lucrative if you play it right. A Sagittarius will lead you to the glory, but if a Leo is involved, you should take the reins instead and bring your team to the promised land.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22).
A positive change is on the horizon. Important events and meetings are coming up that require preparation. Don’t be too proud to ask friends what to wear or practice what you’re going to say. You’ll be meeting several new people.

TODAY’S BIRTHDAY (January 13).
You attract love and respect this year and enjoy your honored place in other people’s lives. Make some big goals – the bigger the better. March is profitable because you finally ask for what you are due. An unexpected windfall appears late in the month when you act as an entrepreneur. Your best signs to romance are Gemini and Cancer. Your lucky numbers are: 6, 43, 29, 37 and 48.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22).
People you’ve been generous with are too embarrassed to be humble and grateful. Singles: Though you have unmistakable chemistry with a certain person, you could learn more by dating someone else entirely!

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23).
Set your sights on one shining goal. Tangible results happen when you simply state your request. Partners who wish for something together are twice as lucky. Loved ones bond, wanting to help each other get the work done.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21)
. What they say about giving advice proves true – the wise don’t need it, and the fools won’t follow it. Still, your friends want someone to confide in, someone who won’t judge. That’s where you come in. Lighten up!

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21).
The more in charge of your own happiness you can be, the better. Eccentricity is endearing, so show those true colors. Anyone who doesn’t understand what you are expressing is giving you a lesson in communication.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19).
Creative energies and original ideas abound. The money to fund these projects comes from a slick deal made over the next few days. Be cool, collected even, with the clever one who is pushing your buttons.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18).
Whatever you concentrate on, you’ll get it done. Co-worker relations need attention; be good to teammates, but don’t get too personal. Contracts and other associations with a Leo or Virgo are favored.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20).
A clean slate will make you feel terrific, but you can’t have it until you patch up a lingering misunderstanding at work. Business and marriage are linked somehow in a good way. Style tip: it’s a lucky day to get your hair cut.

SIGN AND THE CITY (PART TWO OF TWO):
The hit series "Sex and the City" features four archetypal characters that seem to represent the four elements in astrology – fire, water, earth and air. Charlotte, forever in idealistic dreamland, is air and a Libra through and through. Libra is the sign of art and aesthetics, and Charlotte’s specialty is as a gallery manager. Her nearly maniacal drive to get married could stem from the fact that Libra has a hard time feeling complete without a loving partner. The natural urge to be connected and the impossibly high standards this sign is known for cause constant friction in the dating life of a Libra, but persistence wins out. And Carrie, the show’s central character, is fire. I believe she is a Leo. The cat is ruled by the sun, the center of our solar system, and is very used to being at the hub of the action. Carrie’s fabulous outfits and subtle sense of theatricality, drama and romance make her a head-turner on even the most shock-resistant streets of Manhattan. No wonder she was able to capture the heart of the elusive Mr. Big even with supermodels and movie stars as her competition. Leo knows how to get noticed.

CELEBRITY PROFILES:
Orlando Bloom played Legolas Greenleaf, the beautiful elf in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. You can bet that Bloom has aspirations to play the leading man in 2004, and steps he takes this month could make this goal a reality. Charitable acts, like waiving fees or sharing contacts, will be extremely fortunate for Capricorn people. The good Karma comes back around in the early spring.
