ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I was born on July 4, 1939. I’m desperate to get a new job. I haven’t been working in a while, but I’m perfect for a position I recently applied for. They’ve interviewed me three times, and I think the main boss (A Le) wants to hire me, but the negotiations are dragging on. Will I get it? I’ve been in limbo for sometime now."

I’d like to see you go to at latest two other companies and get an interview (whether or not the have an opening) right away. It is not because things won’t work out at this great new position, (I think they will) but being desperate" is a bad place to start negotiations rolling. It will help your case if you don’t seem so hungry. With that said, every sign has a different style of negotiation, and it is in the reconciling between you and your potential boss’s needs that determines the end deal. In any negotiation, Cancers tend to be pessimistic. Sometimes they ask for huge salaries when they could get just as much through a combination financial package. A Leo boss might want you to prove yourself first.
