I’m guessing from your chart that you are practically married now, and all that’s left are the party and the papers. If you want to get married, you’ll have to remind him how painful it would be to lose you. If I’m correct, and you’ve already moved into this mean’s house (several years ago), you may have to move out temporarily if you want a marriage commitment. Please consider this question: Are you sure you need to make it legal? I’d bet from his chart that he has a few minor financial problems that you’d be sharing once you sign those papers. However, it’s important to note that you have excellent love aspects. Sagittarius and Libra are wonderful partners throughout life.
