Bicol region and eastern Visayas and southern Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers. Western Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast and east will prevail over Luzon and eastern Visayas with moderate to rough seas.
Elsewhere, light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast and east will prevail with slight to moderate seas.
