The tail-end of a cold front extends across Central and Southern Luzon, while an intertropical convergence zone affects the Visayas and Mindanao.
Central and Southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, becoming widespread rains over the western sections of the Visayas and Mindanao and the Bicol region.
The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Coastal waters in extreme Northern and Eastern Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.
