The Bicol region, the Visa­yas and Mindanao will be cloudy with scattered rain­showers or thunderstorms, becoming widespread rains over Bicol, the Visayas and Northern Min­danao.

The rest of Southern Luzon will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain­showers or thunderstorms.

Coastal waters in the eastern sections of Luzon and the Visayas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.
