The tail-end of a cold front prevails over extreme Northern and Eastern Luzon and Eastern Visayas.

The eastern sections of the archipelago and extreme Northern Luzon will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Coastal waters in Northern and Eastern Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
