"Seniang" is expected to be at 390 kms northwest of Coron, Palawan this afternoon. It will be over the South China Sea tomorrow afternoon.
At 4 p.m. yesterday, Public Storm Warning Signal No. 3 was hoisted over Mindoro Occidental and the Calamian group of islands, which would have winds of 101-185 kph.
Public Storm Warning Signal No. 2 was hoisted over Mindoro Oriental and Lubang Island, which would have winds of 61-100 kph.
Public Storm Warning Signal No. 1 was hoisted over Romblon, Marinduque, Batangas, Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Zambales and Metro Manila, which would have winds of 30-60 kph.
Mindoro Occidental and the Calamian islands will have stormy weather with rough to very rough seas. The rest of Mindoro and Lubang Island will have rains and gusty winds.
Western Visayas and the rest of Luzon will be cloudy with rains and moderate to rough seas.
The rest of the country will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Coastal waters in the rest of Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
