An active low pressure area was estimated at 2 p.m. yesterday at 1,040 kms east of Northern Luzon.
Luzon and the Visayas will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, becoming frequent rains over Eastern Visayas, Bicol and Central Luzon.
The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Coastal waters in the Visayas and Mindanao will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
