Tropical Depression Juan and Tropical Storm Kaka are expected to induce the southwest monsoon and sustain the monsoon rains over the western sections of Luzon and Visayas.
The western section of Central and Northern Luzon will experience rains and occasional gusty winds. Coastal waters of these areas will be mdoerate to rough. The rest of Luzon and western Visayas will have monsoon rains. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over the rest of Luzon and western Visayas and the coastal waters of these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the southwest with slight to moderate seas.
