An intertropical convergence zone is affecting the Visayas and Mindanao, while the tailend of a cold front prevails across northern Luzon. A northeasterly surface windflow also continues to prevail across the country.
Northeastern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao, including Bicol and Palawan, will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will also be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers.
Coastal waters in eastern and northern Luzon and eastern Visayas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
