MANILA, Philippines — Parts of Metro Manila are experiencing floods on Thursday, October 24, due to inclement weather caused by Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami).
Severe floods have also submerged provinces outside Metro Manila, mainly in the Bicol region, after Kristine dumped record-breaking rainfall hours ahead of its landfall late Wednesday.
