MANILA, Philippines — Foreign employers and recruitment agencies that are whitelisted and blacklisted are being reviewed and updated by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).
Acceptance of new applications for whitelist inclusion has been temporarily suspended pending the review, the DMW said.
The agency is updating the whitelist and blacklist every six months to ensure that
foreign employers and recruitment agencies are compliant with the guidelines.
In 2022, the DMW issued guidelines for whitelisting and blacklisting of entities involved in employing and deploying Filipino domestic workers and workers with vulnerable skillsets to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
