MANILA, Philippines — In his message for the 123rd anniversary of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), President Marcos yesterday thanked the country’s 1.8 million civil servants “who work tirelessly and with excellence and integrity to deliver the quality service that all Filipinos deserve.”
“Thank you for your dedication despite the numerous challenges that we experience in our respective occupations. Let us strive harder in achieving our united goal of providing a better future for our country,” he added.
The CSC enforces the constitutional and statutory provisions on the merit system for all levels and ranks in the civil service and prescribes, amends and enforces rules and regulations for carrying into effect the provisions of civil service laws.
