Immigration confirms 'drug queen' left the country
MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration confirmed Wednesday that the alleged drug queen, a central figure in the “drug recycling” scheme involving cops, has fled the country.
Police Major General Guillermo Eleazar, National Capital Regional Police Office director, identified the so called “drug queen” as Guia Gomez Castro, according to a report by the Philippine News Agency.
Eleazar said Tuesday that the alleged “drug queen” has already fled the country. Immigration spokesperson Dana Sandoval confirmed this report.
“As per travel records, she indeed recently left the country, but with no derogatory records, hence she was allowed to depart,” Sandoval told reporters.
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency chief Aaron Aquino earlier said that a “drug queen” based in Sampaloc, Manila had been conspiring with policemen in recycling shabu confiscated from legitimate operations.
The PDEA chief said the alleged drug queen is said to be distributing two kilos of shabu in Sampaloc, and is being protected by police and politicians.

Aquino revealed last week: “When they seize drugs, half of that will be surrendered. They will say that’s all that they have seized. The other ones are being kept either for future operations or the worse, they sell the drugs.”
Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go, meanwhile, said that President Rodrigo Duterte will soon reveal the names of ranking police officers who are linked to the “drug recycling” scheme.
“We are consolidating with the president the lists, and reports from different agencies of government, from the PDEA, the intelligence community and all of these the president ordered a cross validation, especially these so-called ninja cops,” Go said.
