Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot to soar to P98 M

MANILA, Philippines — The jackpot of the online lottery draw Super Lotto 6/49 is expected to soar to P98 million in the next draw tomorrow, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said.

Aside from the increasing stakes of the Super Lotto 6/49, the Grand Lotto 6/55 is also drawing long queues due to its growing jackpot estimated to reach P115 million by the next draw tonight. 

No lucky player picked the winning combination in the draw held last Thursday night, which yielded the numbers 14-16-28-17-23-37 with a jackpot of P93,198,466.

However, there were 16 bettors who correctly guessed five of the winning numbers, giving them a consolation prize of P54,080 each.

The Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot was last won on Jan. 29 by a bettor from Imus, Cavite who took home a P15.8-million jackpot.

The Super Lotto 6/49 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
