MANILA, Philippines — Filipinos may still experience up to two tropical cyclones before the year ends, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said yesterday.

The tracks of cyclones during this time of the year are usually in Luzon, Visayas and Northern Mindanao, according to PAGASA.

Meanwhile, the temperature may not be expected to further drop in the next two to three days due to the prevalence of the easterlies or warm air coming from the Pacific Ocean.

The easterlies was prevailing over the eastern section of the country, PAGASA said.

The whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rains due to thunderstorms.

On Saturday morning, PAGASA recorded the coldest temperature so far in Baguio City at 12.2 degrees Celsius.

This was the lowest temperature in Baguio since the start of the northeast monsoon this year.
