Grace Poe seeks re-election
MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Grace Poe, who lost the presidential race in 2016, will be seeking her second term as senator for the 2019 midterm elections.
The senator filed her candidacy at the Commission on Elections on Monday.

Poe remains the top choice among preferred senatorial candidates for the 2019 polls, with 67.4 percent of votes of 1,800 registered in Pulse Asia’s July 2018 survey.
