MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED 6:22 p.m.) — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and some local governments issued flood alerts on Sunday due to the persistent rains brought about by Tropical Depression Josie.
The Marikina City Disaster Risk Reduction Management office says the water level warning for Marikina River is lowered to alert level 1 after its water level subsided to 15.7 meters.
