MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine passport remains in the lower half of the latest edition of the Henley Passport Index.
Nonetheless, the country gained access to three more destinations—Benin, Tajikistan and the Palestinian Territory. That gave Philippine passport holders visa-free access to a total of 66 countries compared to the chart released in January.
