Easterlies affecting Philippines — Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — The easterlies are affecting the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said yesterday.
“Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms,” PAGASA noted in its bulletin.
The state weather bureau also said coastal waters across the country will be slight to moderate.
