MANILA, Philippines — The Senate committee on public order and dangerous drugs on Tuesday morning is set to resume its inquiry into the killing of 17-year-old Kian Loyd delos Santos in the hands of police officers.
The hearing, led by Senate panel chair Sen. Panfilo "Ping" Lacson Sr., will have invited police officers of Caloocan City implicated in the slay case as well as members of the justice department, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and National Bureau of Investigation, among others to shed light into the case.
