BUTUAN CITY, Philippines – A 35-year-old broadcaster and owner of FM station 106.4 in Marihatag in Surigao del Sur is in critical condition after two unidentified motorcycle-riding gunmen shot him four times yesterday.

Senior Insp. Joy Allan Blasco, Marihatag police chief, said they have yet to identify the attackers of Julito Orillaneda, known by his moniker “Lito Paka.”

Orillaneda had reached his house in was about to disembark from his motorcycle when the gunmen shot him with caliber .45 pistols. – Ben Serrano, Freeman
