MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court will resume on Tuesday the oral arguments on the disqualification case against presidential aspirant Sen. Grace Poe.
During the first two sessions, the camp of Poe presented its arguments with the Supreme Court justices conducting oral arguments with Poe's counsel, Alexander Poblador.
The Commission on Elections is expected to present its arguments on the case against the senator. The poll body earlier disqualified Poe from the presidential race due to citizenship and residency issues.
