Red Cross: More than 100 injured as Nazarene procession continues
MANILA, Philippines - More than a hundred people were injured in the first few hours of the Black Nazarene procession on Saturday.
Five major injuries and 117 minor injuries were already recorded by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) as of 10:30 this morning.
The PRC said 197 needed their blood pressure level checked after passing out during the procession.
Five people were brought to nearby hospitals while one was given a stress management treatment.

The Manila government and the Philippine National Police reminded the public that children, elderly and persons with health condition to remain at home to avoid any untoward incident from happening.
