Former UE Law dean files 4th DQ case vs Poe
MANILA, Philippines - A fourth disqualification case has been filed on Monday against Sen. Grace Poe before the Commission on Elections.
Former University of the East Law Dean Amado Valdez filed the new case which seeks to block her presidential bid in the 2016 national elections.

Poe is also facing a disqualification case before the Senate Electoral Tribunal, which was filed by defeated senatorial bet Rizalito David who claimed that Poe is not qualified to be a senator.
The senator earlier said the DNA test results with her supposed biological relatives turned out negative.
David's lawyer said that the negative DNA match may have a negative impact on Poe's case.
