MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court is scheduled to resume its oral arguments on the case of the Torre de Manila against the developer DMCI homes Inc. on Tuesday afternoon.
The third round of Torre de Manila oral arguments will commence at 2 p.m. resetting the interpellation of counsel for respondent DMCI, Victor Lazatin.
Lazatin also delivered the opening statement at the second round of the oral arguments where he argued that heritage laws only protect the cultural property with the exception of private property and background.
