(UPDATE) 5.1-magnitude quake hits Cagayan - USGS

HONG KONG (Xinhua) - An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted 59km N of Namuac, Cagayan at 20:27:53 GMT yesterday (04:27:53 Beijing Time), the US Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 29.73 km, was initially determined to be at 19.1488 degrees north latitude and 121.1723 degrees east longitude.
