MANILA, Philippines - Typhoon "Ruby" will get closer to Metro Manila as it makes its third landfall in Northern Mindoro between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday.
Ten areas in Southern Tagalog have been placed under public storm warning signal number 3. Metro Manila, meanwhile, is under signal number 2. The typhoon is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility by Thursday morning.
