44-year-old guard from Pasay City wins P19.5-M lotto pot

MANILA, Philippines - A 44-year-old security guard on Monday claimed from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) the P19.5-million lotto pot in the 6/42 draw last November 27.

PCSO General Manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said the winner has three children and has been placing lottery bets since 1996.

Rojas said the lone winner placed the winning combination of 14-19-23-29-30-34 by “random pick” with a P20 bet. 

He added that the winner intends to buy a house and lot and save some money for her children. She also intends to invest some of her winnings in business and donate to charity.
