MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced on Monday morning that a thunderstorm will more likely hit Metro Manila and Albay within 12 hours.
PAGASA issued the thunderstorm warning at around 10 a.m.
The weather bureau said that an intertropical convergence zone will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon and MIMAROPA.
The rest of the country may experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
