MANILA, Philippines - Although tropical depression Karding has dissipated, the country will still have cloudy skies today, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
According to a PAGASA bulletin yesterday, the regions of MIMAROPA (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan), Western Visayas, Zamboanga peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga and Davao will also have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and evening.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over the western sections of Luzon and the Visayas, while coastal waters in these areas will be moderate to rough, PAGASA said.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest and seas will be slight to moderate.
