De Lima issues lookout order vs Enzo Pastor's widow
MANILA, Philippines — Justice Secretary Leila de Lima issued an immigration lookout bulletin order against Dalia Guerrero Pastor, widow of slain champion racer Enzo Pastor.
In the order, De Lima instructed the Bureau of Immigration to be on alert for any attempt of Dalia to leave the country while she is tagged as among the suspects for her husband's murder.
Included in the lookout order are Pasay Police Officer 3 Edgar Angel and Parañaque businessman Domingo de Guzman who are also suspects in the killing.

Angel was arrested Tuesday allegedly for carrying out a request from De Guzman to hit Pastor last June 12 in exchange for P100,000.
Pastor was shot on the head by a masked gunman on a motorcycle, while his assistant was left injured.
The Department of Justice releases immigration lookout bulletin orders in reference to aid ongoing criminal investigation.
Individuals in the immigration bureau's lookout list, however, are not legally forbidden from fleeing. Hold departure orders, meanwhile, are issued by the court to effectively block suspects from leaving the country. - with reports from Edu Punay
