Manila, Philippines - A total of 261 congressmen were present at the House of Representatives when it resumed its session on Monday.
House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte headed the resumption of the session with the presence of a quorum.
There are about 290 district and party-list representatives.
Among the prominent lawmakers who attended the session were Representatives Imelda Marcos, Gina De Venecia, Alfred Vargas, Yeng Guiao, Neil Tupas and House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte.
Also present was Cavite Rep. Lani Mercado, wife of detained Senator Ramon Revilla Jr.
Revilla is accused of pocketing pork barrel funds allegedly funneled to bogus foundations of businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles.
According to past reports, Mercado said she will snub the State of the Nation Address of President Aquino slated this afternoon.
