MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Budget and Management released a webpage on Thursday dedicated to the Disbursement Acceleration Program, the subject of contention between the Supreme Court and the Aquino administration.

The department also released a timeline since the conception of the funds transfer mechanism in 2011 until the filing of Malacañang's appeal before the high court seeking reversal of its ruling declaring DAP unconstitutional.

Budget Secretary Florencio "Butch" Abad, acknowledged as the architect of the controversial program, appeared before the Senate Finance Committee on Thursday.
