MANILA, Philippines — Justice Secretary Leila de Lima has submitted the list of alleged "pork barrel" scam conspirators signed by suspected mastermind Janet Lim Napoles.
The list bares names of 10 incumbent senators as well as former Senator Manuel Villar and late Senator Robert Barbers. Former San Juan representative JV Ejercito, now a senator, is also included in the signed list.
- Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Jr.
- Jose "Jinggoy" Estrada
- Juan Ponce Enrile
- Vincente Sotto III
- Loren Legarda
- Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel III
- Manuel Villar
- Alan Peter Cayetano
- Robert Barbers
- Francis "Chiz" Escudero
- JV Ejercito (as San Juan representative)
De Lima said the signed list, identical to the one submitted by rehabilitation czar Panfilo Lacson to the Senate panel, contains handwritten notes of Napoles.

Besides names of congressmen, Budget Secretary Florencio "Butch" Abad, Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority director general Joel Villanueva and former Customs commissioner Rozzano Rufino Biazon are also tagged.
The only noted difference between the lists submitted by Lacson and De Lima are Napoles' signature dated "4-22-2014" and some indistinct names purportedly of other officials and lawmakers.

Some of the handwritten names are of "Cong. Angara - APO," "Sandoval," "Emane," "Gonzales and "Zialcita."
De Lima initially asked the Senate panel chairman Sen. Teofisto Guingona for an extension to complete the signed list and the affidavit before submission, the deadline of which is Thursday.
"The narrative affidavit of JLN has not been completed and will be submitted to the Blue Ribbon next week," Guingona said on his Twitter account.
Guingona allowed De Lima a one-week extension for the narrative statement, but demanded that the signed list be surrendered.
