MANILA, Philippines - The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee resumes its investigation on the controversial scam embezzling billions of government funds.
The hearing, scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, is expected to revolve around policy issues of non-government organizations in dealing with government contracts.
