MANILA, Philippines - Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) chief Hans Leo Cacdac said that the two employees photographed playing videogames while on duty at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 have been identified.
I take full responsibility for the two POEA employees caught playing video games at NAIA 2. Disciplinary procedures have been commenced.

The photo made rounds on social networking site Facebook after local blog Fashion Pulis posted it courtesy of a reader.
Facebook page Filipino Patriotism, posting the same photo on its Timeline, said that such employees cause the airport to be voted the world's worst.
The post has earned over 5,000 shares and over 1,000 likes since it was posted last Sunday, catching the attention of media outlets and prompting airport authorities to conduct an investigation.
They discovered the two women are POEA personnel assigned to the airport.
Overseas Filpino Richard Beduya said that the conduct of the government employees bring shame to the country.
"Kinahihiya kayo namin bilang Filipino, kaya pala palpak ang serbisyo ninyo d'yan sa airport," he said.
Netizen Alfredo Macapagal also commented that such behavior may be the reason why some airport-based employees are not polite.
"Suplada kasi ayaw nila maistorbo sa laro nila sa computer. Taxpayer ang bumili ng computer n'ya. Alam ng mga pasahero kung saan sila pipila, doon sa totoo nagtatrabaho at hindi dun sa naglalaro ng games lang," Macapagal wrote.
