Aie Balagtas See - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Classes in all levels in Manila on Monday have been suspended to pave the way for a medical and dental mission of the Felix Y. Manalo Foundation, which is expected to draw millions of participants.

Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada issued Executive Order 31 yesterday as basis for the cancellation of classes, according to city public information chief Diego Cagahastian.

The foundation’s Kabayan Ko, Kapatid Ko Lingap sa Mamamayan project is expected to draw about 1.6 million participants from the Iglesia ni Cristo, a religious group founded by Manalo.
